Samsung Announces The NX100 Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Cameras
If you follow photography you probably know that the latest hot topic is the mirrorless interchangeable lens cameras due to the smaller size (nice for travel) plus the ability to use interchangable lenses and deliver results that are better than point and shoot cameras.
Samsung has introduced the Samsung NX100, a 14 Megapixel camera that is accompanied by the 20-50mm f3.5-f5.6 lens that was previously announced. One of the main features of interest is the so-called "i-Function" on the lenses which control camera functions. Depending on the mode and set-up, you can change the shutter speed, aperture (that is so old-school, cool) and other items. However, Samsung removed the internal flash that was found on the NX10.

The mirrorless interchangeable lens cameras, such as the popular Panasonic GF1 and Olympus E-P2, are really turning heads with the each release and people who have used them are impressed. For those shopping for a camera that is small and portable, these are interesting.
I know at some point I will get on of these. I carry a Canon G-series camera to have something small and the 4/3 looks like it will fit in nicely for the times I do not want to carry a dSLR.
