Our World Underwater- Day 2 Coverage
By Joseph Tepper, February 19, 2011 @ 11:59 PM (EST)

Editor's Note: This is the second installment in a series of DPG's coverage of OWU. You can read the first day's coverage and day three right here.

Although Our World Underwater got rolling yesterday afternoon, the excitement of the show floor definitely kicked into high gear today, as more than 10,000 people will have passed through the front door before the weekend is over!

Of course, as underwater photographers much of the show seems to disappear for the first few hours, giving way to some of the latest, cool photo and video “gadgets.” One of the first stops on our list was the Equinox housing booth to check out some of their latest innovations.

Here's one of their latest new products, their Top Mounted LCD Monitor, on display at their booth.

One of the hottest video housing releases of the year so far -the Equinox 5D housing- was sorely missed from their booth.

The DPG booth and OWU photo gallery was packed all day long!

What a crowd waiting for Ernie Brooks' statue unveiling!

For continued coverage, come back tomorrow when we will pay visits to more of the gear on display at the show and a comprehensive report of the annual two-part film festival! Until then...

Back in action tomorrow- Matt, Jason, and Joe
