Nikon Coolpix P6000 Leaked
Today we dioscovered a "rumor" about the new Coolpix P6000, possibly being announced formally at the upcoming Photokina show in Germany...
There have been many rumors on the web about upcoming Nikon products such as a D90 and the D3X. We are pretty sure to be seeing a D3x soon, not so sure about a D90. However, we are fairly certain that the Coolpix P6000 is for real and we'll be seeing this announced very soon, most likely at Photokina!
This camera (if released) is Nikons answer to the incredibly successful Canon G9, and successor to Nikons most successful ever Coolpix series the P5000 and P5100. The 28 to 112 mm zoom lens is particularly interesting for uw photographers as is its 6400 ISO.
Of course Fantasea Line is the world's leading manufacturer of Nikon Coolpix housings, so I'm sure that once the P6000 actually hits the market we'll see a follow up release from them about a housing for this bad boy!
