
News From Day 1 Of The Copenhagen Climate Conference

The biggest news to come out of Day 1 of the copenhagen summit was the report from the UK Met office that this was the warmest decade in the 160 ever recorded.
Another announcement said that 2009 will be one of top 10 warmest individual years every recorded. According to the World Meteorological Organization.
Other announcements focused on showing the nations that were most affected by climate change. A top the list were Bangladesh, Burma and Honduras. Not surprisingly only four developed countries were in the top 20. Africa was not included in the study, however.
