Namibia: Seafo Bans Shark Finning

A regional organisation for the protection of marine resources along the coastlines of Namibia, Angola and South Africa has banned shark finning.
It has also placed a moratorium on all fishing in several areas for the next four years.
The bans come into effect immediately...
