MVA, NMDOA Gear Up For Dive Photo Contest

The Marianas Visitors Authority, along with the Northern Marianas Diving Operators Association, are spearheading a dive photo contest. This photo contest will be a collage of photos taken while diving in the CNMI and prizes will be awarded for the best photos taken during the dives in three categories.
