
Maldives Live Aboard Destroyed In Fire

A safari boat in Kaafu atoll Gulhee harbour caught fire and was completely destroyed last Monday night. The safari boat, Giulia, was operated by Ocean Adventures under an exclusive bed right contract with Italian Seafari Adventures. There were around 26 people onboard when the incident occurred around 7:40pm. 16 of them were tourists (10 Americans, 4 Italians and 2 Canadians) and 10 were crew, including the Captain. The safari boat is reported to have been in service for only two years...
