MadAboutUs is a
Digital Photography Competition held at least once a year for the
promotion of Marine Ecological Awareness through Digital Underwater
Shootouts in the
Philippines.
Objectives of the Competition:
1.To conserve, preserve, and protect the Philippine marine ecosystem
2.To promote the
Philippines
as an underwater photography destination
3.To help promote as well as stimulate and improve standards of underwater photography
4.To educate the dive guides in handling underwater photographers' needs
5.To make dive resort standards meet individualized service needs of underwater photographers
There were three competition levels - beginner, intermediate and open. Winners can be found on the competition website.
