Issue 117 of Underwater Photography Magazine Available
By Ian Bongso-Seldrup, November 3, 2020 @ 06:30 AM (EST)

The latest edition of Underwater Photography magazine is now available as a free download.

As always, there’s a nice roundup of industry news and the latest imaging products, including Nauticam’s housing for Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV, Ikelite’s housing for the Sony Alpha a7S III, Backscatter’s housing for the Olympus E-PL9 and E-PL10, Nauticam’s housing for the RED Komodo 6K, and SeaLife’s SportDiver housing for the iPhone.

There are also reviews of the Retra Flash Pro and the Inon UWL-95 C24 and Dome Lens Unit III, as well as a reproduction of Backscatter’s review of the Olympus E-PL10 in its Octo housing—among others. On the travel side, Peter Rowlands talks to Dominic Robinson about diving the wreck of HMS Victory, which lies off the coast of Plymouth in the UK, while Arnau Argemi extols the virtues of Tamariu in the northeastern Catalonia region of Spain.

The amazing cover shot is Weiwei Zeng’s “Life in the Coral Corridors,” which was Highly Commended in the Animals in their Environment category of this year’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition.
