Personally, I believe safety is a matter of attitude. If you support a good attitude with proper schemes and technology, you did the job. Starting from housekeeping, ending to civil aviation, accident prevention and management is a worldwide concern,. Everybody's aim is to keep risks intake close to zero, or down to a commonly acceptable percentage. On evaluating the safety level of an airline, we must look to big numbers, as million hours of flight/accident, therefore we are supposed to apply the same principle to diving and diving destinations.
