ICUN Underwater Photographer of the Year
The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has released the winners of its underwater photography contest, the “ICUN Underwater Photographer of the Year.” And we are proud to say that all three finalists are part of the DPG family!
First place, the overall winner, was William Goodwin, for his creative “peek-a-boo” shot of a grouper.
"I have been diving and creating underwater photographs for 50 years," says Mr. Goodwin. “I have seen our mother ocean decline during my life and I long for my grandchildren to know it the way it was.”
Second and third places were also awarded to Andre Seale and Lill Haugen, respectively, also DPG members. DPG would like to congratulate Bill, Andre, and Lill for their accomplishment!
