DPG's exclusive retail partner H2O Photo Pros had some exciting news to announce at BTS 2010 this year -- they have acquired Marine Visions. This makes the combined stores dealers of more than 80 manufactures and the largest underwater video dealer in the world.  Here is the official press release.

H2O Photo Pros Underwater Photo & Video (Irvine, CA) is proud to announce they have acquired Marine Visions, Inc. (Houston, TX). Marine Visions will now be a division of H2O Photo Pros Underwater Photo & Video.
