
Golden Dolphin International Festival Coverage - Day 1

The 8th Golden Dolphin International Festival has started today in Moscow – with sunshine and excellent weather conditions. The venue takes place in the "Gostiny Dvor," which is a very elegant building near the Red Square.
With all of us feeling the effects of the current financial crisis, this huge event gives us some rest. All the well known exhibitors are here, and the diving industry tries to accommodate the needs of the diving community.

so get some diving gear,
get a housing for the camcorder,
and finally get into the water…
The president of the festival, Mr. Kirill Modylevsky said that "we should think about new ideas and projects," when he referred to the new wave of underwater films, which are not just contemplative underwater films but much more subject films.
