By Joseph Tepper, November 3, 2013 @ 11:33 PM (EST)

DEMA 2013 is pretty awesome as it is: Rolling out a brand new DivePhotoGuide website, tons of new gear, and an awesome pool party hosted in tandem with Wetpixel. Well it gets better.

DPG editors and contributors are headlining the annual DEMA Image Resource Center’s Seminar lineup.

On Wednesday at 11 AM, DPG Associate Editor Joe Tepper gives his first of two talks on “Photographing Divers.” Whether you’re just taking a picture of your buddy or want the next magazine cover shot, Joe gives the in’s and out’s of diver photography.

Joe will also be presenting (back this year by popular demand) “Creating the Ultimate Underwater Photojournalism Package” on Saturday at 1 PM. Learn the steps from creating story ideas to pitching your article to editors.

Also make sure to check out the long list of DPG contributors featured in the seminar lineup, including Backscatter’s Jim Decker and Joel Penner, Shawn Heinrichs, and the tandem of Allison Vitsky and Andy Sallmon. Here’s the full lineup:
