
Coral Reef Regeneration After Culling Of Starfish In Thousands

Divers, fishermen, environmentalists, octopus hunters, and volunteers have jointly captured and killed a total of 5,212 starfish from January to June, from the southern Luzon sea to save the world's second largest bed of coral reefs, a local paper said.
