Canon Releases Updated Firmware For EOS Rebel XTi/400D

Canon today released a firmware update for the Rebel XTi and the 400D. This firmware update (Version 1.1.0) incorporates the following fixes and improvements -- Adds support for the new Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) USB protocol -- Corrects errors in the Simplified Chinese menu screens.
The Version 1.1.0 firmware being released this time is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.0.5. If the camera's firmware is already Version 1.1.0, it is not necessary to update the firmware...
