By Matt J. Weiss, March 19, 2010 @ 06:44 PM (EST)
Days after firmware v2.0.3 was announced Canon has announced v.2.0.4 for the 5D Mark II. The new firmware corrects an issue in v2.0.3 that has to do with with manual sound recording. With v2.0.3 sound would not record if you using manual sound recording and are in the C1/C2/C3 custom setting modes.
Anyone who downloaded v2.0.3 is advised to download v2.0.4 to fix this bug. You can learn more about the issue and download the new firmware on Canon's site.
