Can Fish Feel Pain?

Can Seafood feel pain? Answering that question isn't easy as you first have to define "pain". This article takes a good look at what is behind the determination of whether or not animals we classify as Seafood can actually experience pain. The slaughtering of other animals for consumption is of course tightly regulated to maintain "humane" standards, but that does not apply to seafood, the perfect example being lobsters being boiled alive.
