Call For Protests On Cruel Dolphin Tests

By Matt J. Weiss, November 15, 2008 @ 02:00 AM (EST)

What seems to be a ridiculous experiment that in no way should be tolerated, the Taiji Whale Museum in Japan is trying to determine the fastest way to separate a mother dolphin from its calf. The experiment has already led to the death of a calf. This clearly violates international marine mammal laws, and apparently, their facilities are not even close to acceptable.

BlueVoice.org, which has alerted me to this experiment, has organized a petition. I think they said it really well then they declared that this was "one of the worst abominations in a business where abomination is the norm."

Visit BlueVoice.org for more information about the experiment and the petition.
