
Blue Whale Carcass On California Beach

A 70-foot blue whale carcass washed up on the shore on the Ventura County beach in California.
The Ventura County beach is about 50km northwest of Los Angeles and washed up on shore on Friday morning. Many researchers and scientists quickly flew to the scene to check on the animal.
Blue whales are the largest animal on the earth and have been migrating recently.
Many spectators have shown up to take pictures of the absolutely massive marine mammal.
The cause of death for the blue whale is under investigation but it is believed that a U.S. navy ship may have caused pain to the whales and other ocean mammals through sonar devices.
It is also being reported that the blue whale could have been struck by a ship as well...
