Beneath the Sea 2013 Photo Competition Results Announced

Beneath the Sea has announced the winners of their annual imaging contest—and we are very proud to say the top prize went to a fellow DPG-er!
Peter G Allinson continues a great February streak—only days after winning our monthly contest with an amazing macro image, he took home the David Doubilet Award for Excellence in Underwater Photography in the BTS competition.
Other major awards in the competition include the Jim Church Award for Excellence in Underwater Creative Imaging, captured by Filip and the Stan Waterman Award for Excellence in Underwater Videography nabbed by Erick Higuera for his film called “Baja.”
Congrats to all the other DPG members who placed in the competition—sorry, there were just too many to count. You can check out the winners in person and rub heels with Team DPG at the 2013 Beneath the Sea convention.
