Apeks Regulator Recall

British dive equipment manufacturer Apeks has announced a recall on a batch of first-stage regulator yoke clamp screws, following concerns over a possible malfunction. Apeks said it is there may be a problem with the yoke clamp screw on regulators with serial number between 7010001 and 7053528.
