Antibes Updates - Digital Images Now Accepted And A Change In Venue

The festival announced by e-mail that the 33rd edition of the World Festival of Underwater Pictures would take place in Nice at the end of October. This will not happen. A sudden change round of the Eastern wind forces the festival to take shelter in the familiar Vauban Port of Antibes. Also, for several years now, the Festival has accepted the digital format in its colour and black & white photography contest.
