Adobe Previews MovingStills Feature

Adding movement to your still images seems all the rage these days. Jumping on this trend, Adobe previewed their upcoming “MovingStills” feature at the Adobe MAX 2018 conference

This isn’t your traditional 2D zoom effect. Adobe has incorporated artificial intelligence into the software to determine how and where to create motion so that a still photo has a truly cinematic feel. The user can input into the program where the desired start and end crop of the frame should be—and then the software does the rest of the work.

And because this is so largely run by AI, you can add movement to entire albums all at once. Check out the impressive results in the preview video below.
