As if you needed another reason to love actress January Jones—
The “Madmen” actress, who first stepped into the shark conservation role staring in a series of Oceana public service announcements, co-authored an article in the Huffington Post on the very same issue.
“And these sharks are far from man-eating monsters, mind you -- they are top predators that keep the ecosystem in balance,” Jones writes. “When these sharks are overfished, it affects the entire the ocean food chain -- and most likely not in a good way.”
To read more what Jones has to say on the issue of overfishing migratory sharks, check out the HuffPo article here.
